Great staff always help you out and they're very reasonable reasonable number of cars always and they try to accommodate you as much as possible
Initially, we were assisted by this gentleman who seemed kind but when we ran into a small issue; he had no interest in helping. We waited for him to tend to several customers before he helped & he neglected us to help a lady who just arrived. We asked to try several options & he declined.
Staff is very hospitable
Hazel came into action as soon as she reported to work. It was hot/smelly in the office, she turned on the A.C.. The gentleman needed her, immediately she assisted him moving 2 vehicles while we sat there. She came back a noticed us & asked if we need help. We encountered again the same issue with Hazel, swiftly she solved it in 30 sec. We need a bigger vechile and she gotbit for us(as it was available). At 15min process turned into a hour but she made it pleasant. I couldn't believe it! It was her willingness to help, positive energy and honest work ethic! We left happy customers who will use/recommend Hertz again because her help was pure! Thank you Hazel! Overall great, easy, 123 service!
I was in desperate need of a car so I walked in without an online reservation. Customer service lady was courteous and would still apply my gold plus member discount. I am just glad that Hertz came through for me after the company down the road has no car to offer me.
I rented a vehicle from Hertz through hotwire. I mistakenly put the wrong date for the reservation and when I came to the location they didn't have the vehicle so they called another Hertz location located on 225 Northern Blvd. Great Neck, New York. The nice lady at the other end said if I could make it there before they close that she would help me out. I made it there 15 minutes before closing and I cannot say enough about the two young people working there. The young lady's name is Hazel I didn't get the gentleman's name. They ended up staying late because of me . They could not have been more helpful ,more accommodating or more pleasant. I would definitely rent from this location again. The service was impeccable .Thank you for such professionalism and for all your help.
