The facility is clean and seldom crowded. The staff is generally accommodating and friendly. Locker room is clean. Biggest drawback is the membership, a significant minority do not clean their machine after use and quite a few sit on machines texting and reading social media
Lady Roxie and I enlisted in taking the basic training courses for 2x weekly for 8 weeks in total. With Lady Roxie & I training together, Lady Roxie graduated with flying colours!!! And Yes! After classes there's homework 2do daily in training together once
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I BROKE MY ANKLE AND COULDNT COME AT THE TIME AS I WAS IN CRUTCHES TO HAND IN DOCUMENTATION FOR BROKEN ANKLE SO THEY DENIED MY ONE TIME REQUEST FOR REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS CLUB.

This gym is large, clean, and well equipped. It is also extremely reasonable in cost. This is the best of several gyms I've belonged to. Mike, the personal trainer for the gym, is very pleasant and quite helpful. He is there to establish a personalized training routine for all customers, will explain the various machines, etc. But this gym does not offer classes such as yoga, Zumba, kick boxing, etc.
At the end of the day, you have a win-win situation in life
