Shopping for a car can be difficult because it's all about the sale. Well I just so happen to find the sales guy that melted my heart with kindness and care. I wasn't even looking for a car for myself it was my Mom, but we drove passed Auto Expo and decided to stop in. Their I met Angelo who's smile can brighten a room, not only did we buy 1 car but we bought 2. Angelo took his time with us explaining everything with such great detail. He made sure we understood everything before we signed. Angelo has since than sold me 3 cars one I didn't like but fell completely in love once I drove it. Moral to the story is, if your looking to buy a great car for a great price from a great guy. Visit Auto Expo and ask for Angelo tell him Charliee sent you I'm sure you'll be a return customer!!

To follow up on my previous review. I went back to purchase X3. After they ran my credit I was told that I'd need a co-signer or $3k down which I was not willing pay. I left the facility called my husband who was out of town who agreed he'd co-sign for me. I was told that because this was my second trip to their facility they could process everything over the phone. Was told that the co-signer should have a credit score of 640 to be approved. After providing them with the necessary information, my husband and I were told that we should be good to go because his credit score was good, but that we had to wait until Sunday when the owners were back in town because it was a Jewish holiday and that their approval was needed to complete the purchase. After all the back and forth the sales person told us that my husband's credit didn't qualify after all because it was "light credit" although he met the minimum credit score we were initially told he had to meet, they said he needed to have more credit cards in his name. My experience with Auto Expo was exhausting to say the least. They were very responsive and did work with me, I just feel they should be more clear in communicating what exactly is needed up front. Instead they ran my husband's credit which caused his score to plummet 8 points to only come back and say we didn't qualify. I'm taking my business elsewhere...good luck to anyone who chooses to do business here.
The best dealership I've been to!!! Salesman Steven was helpful and not pushy. Avi the finance manager gave have me a fair deal for my trade in and great monthly rate. Also while waiting for the deal I saved money on my car insurance. Can wait to return with my other car to trade in.!!!
