I recently bought a Honda that I'd seen online. It's great! The car Is exactly as described.Its been 2 weeks since my purchase and I'm pleased. Bob was great. He was honest and straight forward with me, as well as my wife. Of all my car purchases, this is the first time I haven't anything negative to say in regards to my overall experience.
It is hard to put into words how awesome it was working with Great Neck and Isaac, in particular. My car had recently been totaled, and I did not have a rental so it was more challenging to get everything handled since I live about an hour away, but Isaac made the process wicked easy. We talked over the phone, and I went and looked at the vehicle a couple days later. The vehicle I purchased was immaculate, and he even held it for me since I already had financing. It took a few days for me to get it during the processing of the paperwork but again, it was such an easy process, and I wouldn't be in my vehicle now if it weren't for Isaac's patience and holding it for me while everything was being processed. It is difficult to find a good place that you don't feel pressured or schemed (especially as a woman and doing it all on your own), but Isaac made me feel like I was getting a good deal and made the process quick and seamless, and I HIGHLY recommend them!
